As an Interim Production Manager at this in-store retail project management agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and managing production projects for renowned international Fashion & Sports brands. You ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to specification—from quotation through to final production.

About the role

As Interim Production Manager, you will oversee the sourcing, coordination, and execution of production projects for international Fashion & Sports brands. You will ensure that all products and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with suppliers, production partners, the internal account and project management teams, and the creative studio to deliver outstanding results for clients. You are responsible for monitoring quality, costs, and deadlines while ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage production projects for in-store retail materials.
  • Source products and services while negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
  • Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports.
  • Brief internal stakeholders, including the account management team and creative studio.
  • Prepare cost calculations, monitor project budgets, and report cost variances.
  • Maintain close relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Provide advice on graphic production methods, materials, and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Manage project administration and prepare documentation for invoicing.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Ensure efficient communication and information flow between all stakeholders.

About You

You are an organised professional with excellent attention to detail who enjoys coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. You communicate effectively, collaborate easily with different stakeholders, and remain calm under pressure. You have a hands-on mentality and a solid understanding of production processes and technical specifications. What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Production Manager, Traffic Manager, or Studio Lead, preferably within a BTL agency, creative agency, retail production company, or manufacturer of POS materials, print, packaging, displays, or retail interiors.
  • Experience with graphic production and/or retail interior production.
  • Broad knowledge of production materials and manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
